Frequently Asked Questions

We require ALL pets that are of age and eligible to have their updated Rabies Vaccine. An updated copy of their certificate will need to be in their Charts at all times! If you've misplaced your certificate (we get it), you can have your Veterinarian email us a copy, or we can call and get verification over the phone!

Puppies that have not met their requirements for a Rabies Vaccine will need to have their complete round of Puppy Shots before they can stay and play!

Although we do not require other vaccines, we HIGHLY recommend being fully vaccinated when bringing your pets into public spaces. We have a strict cleaning regimen, but the ground (and even the airborne dangers) outside is met with strays and wild animals that do not have the ability to be protected from the unknown dangers. 

We welcome ALL breeds of pets that are not directly human aggressive for simple interactions. We have worked with many pets in gaining their trust and showing them how amazing spa days can actually be!

Your puppy is ready to be introduced into a public salon after their second round of puppy vaccines for their health and safety. BUT we recommend starting at home as soon as possible with introducing them to getting bathed, having their faces, feet, and legs touched and worked with to have a smooth transition into the big dog world!
